Inside Lauren Conrad's home

Until I get my hands on her wedding US weekly cover, here's the pictures from Lauren's dream home from InStyle Magazine. Oh my god, I die!!! I love everything, it's perfect. The dressing, the makeup table, the living room, the kitchen... I wish she would still be filming her life in reality tv, could you imagine how perfect would that be?

I'm so excited about her wedding and read about all the details. I hope I'll find a copy of the magazine in Waterstone's Brussels * fingers crossed * I'll have a look tomorrow! Speaking of tomorrow, it's my last day of work before a week of fun and celebrations for my birthday! I'm so excited. Nothing crazy but some fun plans ahead :)

Playlist ⎟Changing

Hell down, heaven down, living in the same town, tryna find something new.
Broken picture frame, I've been frozen in, tryna find a better view
Everything is changing and I've been here for too long
Going through the same things, I've been hurting too long,
Got to move on

Cookie day

Hi girls! This is one of my favorite thing to do on sundays. Cook pastries and delicious meals. Last sunday I made a chocolate cake, today I made american cookies. They're so good, I love to eat them when they're still a bit warm. I'm not buying any cookies from the supermarket since I've tried making homemade cookies last year for the first time. They're much more mellow and tasty! If like me you love cookies and pastries, you should definitely try making them yourself it's much more 'healthier' and so easy to do!

Instalife #30

Hi girls! Oh my god, I haven't blogged in ten days? What? We're already mid-september?

I have a wedding a need to attend tonight so I'll be showing you my makeup and outfit. I had an outfit ordered at Asos and I never arrived. Long story short, the first parcel got 'lost' and the second one - fast shipping - was supposed to arrive yesterday but...will not arrive until monday or tuesday. LOL. Great, thanks Asos, it's always a pleasure!

Anyways, I had a last minute wedding dress emergency so yesterday after work I had to pick a dress and there was absolutely nothing I liked. The only -ok- dress I have found was at H&M. I hope it will look good! I also went to the hair dresser and got my hair color fixed. I was in a serious need of a blonde fix. Now I'm more of a dark blonde, I love the color it's perfect for fall!

I need to start getting ready as the wedding is really far away from where I live. I can't wait though, I LOVE wedding!!!

Have a lovely day,

Birthday wish list ♥︎

Hello girls! YESSSSS. It's my birthday month! I'm so excited. I can not believe I'll be turning 26 years old - wait, WHAT? Oh well... I have a really exciting birthday plan, nothing over the top but it's a place I've wanting to go back a while now. Also, I will be off from work for a week so I'm even more keen about it!

I'm dying - d y i n g - to get the Philip Lim 3.1 Large Pashli in black. This bag has been haunting my thoughts day and night. It's quite expensive but still reasonable for a designer bag. I'm probably not gonna get it for my birthday but I'm planning on treating myself with it by the end of the year with it anyway! I'd rather spent a lot on a good quality, every day black timeless bag than to buy 10 Zara - poor in quality - bag, if that makes sense. I still love Zara bags, don't get me wrong but their prices keep on rising and the quality is always really bad.

Beauty wise, I have my eyes on the famous Too Faced sweet heart blush - how come I don't already own this ?  - and the Dior Sunlight bronzer if also on my list as I'm a bronzer-holic. I also really like the color Mod About You by OPI. I have been drooling over this color for a year and never got to buy it for some dark and unknown reasons. I also really would love to try the Babyliss Boutique Soft Waves as I've heard it's one the best to achieve Lauren Conrad's The Hills season 4's hair look. Finally I really love Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb perfume, one of my favorite ever and that cute little pug makeup bag from Asos.

Have a lovely day!

Updated ⎟Fake tan routine

Hi girls! Another monday, another week. Today is the first day of September which is by far my favorite time of the year mostly because it's my birthday on the 21st but also because it's that perfect transition month between summer and fall. Most of the times the weather is still quite good, the leaves start falling, the chunky sweater are starting to replace the t-shirts in your closet,  you start wearing burgundy nail polish,...you get the whole idea! September is also the month where everyone is showing off their beautiful summer tan and if, like me, you worked the whole summer and didn't get a chance to sun bath...fake tan is the one! Don't get me wrong, I'm not waiting for summer to apply fake tan. I like to see myself tanned - from medium to dark - all year round. There's no better feeling than starting your week looking tan. Is that weird to say? Have I become a fake tanholic ? I have been fake tanning for a solid 3 years and I have tried a lot of products and the fake tan world keeps on growing, they're still loads of brands I want to try. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect, darkest, most olive toned and moisturizing fake tan. I'm sharing with you today my routine of the moment and it will probably change in about two months because I love to try out new fake tan products.

I'm very picky about the fake tan for my face, hands and all the other dry parts of my body -  a dry fake tanned elbow, that's not hot - I always try to pick moisturizing fake tan with a medium tan so I can build up the color and not get my hands orange - yes I did happen before #faketanfail.
Xen-Tan products are a little bit on the expensive side of the fake tan world but they're so worth it in my opinion. A bottle will last you a lifetime, the fake tan smells like marzipan and it's super moisturizing. The bad part is that it does take time to dry.

Products I use for my face/hands : - Xen-Tan Absolute Dark Lotion (here) / Xen-Tan Face Tanner (here)

As much as I'm sticking to my face/hands fake tan routine, body wise I'm much more versatile. Lately I have been obsessed with the He-Shi 1 Rapid Hour Dark Lotion. It gives the most gorgeous dark natural looking tan EVER. The texture is really runny so it's a bit annoying to apply but it dries super quickly and the results are so impressive! The He-Shi Express Liquid Tan Medium is just as amazing but with a more medium tan, which is great for colder months. When I'm going out, I still like to use my St Moriz Dark Lotion because it's inexpensive and gives such a dark tan. The smell is gross and I don't want to know what's in that 3 £ bottle but it's good to use from time to time!

Have you ever tried these brands? Are you a fake tanholic too?
