What a year it has been

 

Not really one for the books but one for inner work, major life changes, redirection & lots of growth.

As always, waters off the ducks back and not giving up on my deepest dreams and desires.

The beauty of surrendering

 

The biggest illusion around is the illusion that we are controlling and running the show.

 Safety is in the letting go.

Surrendering doesn't mean it has to go effortlessly, it means it's going exactly how it's supposed to be. 

Once you get the ego out of the way, you are now free and no longer masterminding everything that happens. 

The freedom from attachment and micro managing the outcome.

It doesn't belong to you, it isn't yours and you are just shown the actions to take and the path to follow.

Once you realize it isn't yours you enter the safety zone.

Surrender with your full heart.Unclench, when the time is right it will present to you 🦋

Another year

I turned 34 last month and entering my 11 profection year.

I am beyond excited and ready for this new year, living in a new city I love and started a career I am passionate about. Here's to a year of networking, fun, social butterflying and hard work that pays off.

Embracing my Pisces North Node

 

When I learned about the North Node in astrology. was immediately hooked.

It is said to be the qualities you must embrace in this lifetime and the following the opposing South Node, the one you must release in order to evolve and learn lessons fully.

My North Node being in Pisces in the 9th house - I am meant to embrace going with the flow, long distance travel without too much planning, embrace my artsy and my sensitive side  - honestly still struggling just with that saying only as I am a true Virgo sun and Virgo South Node - I am an overthinker, over planner , worry rat to a T. I am working on it and I can see how it benefits me.

My latest plan to embrace that North Node in Pisces was my recent move to CDMX and trying to go to the end of my little art project with my notebooks and designs without too much plans and planning behind it. Trying to find stability not in controlling my routine but more in building a stable and long term goal for myself.

I left Puerto Vallarta for now as I 100% felt that I did everything I had to do there - I met the most amazing friend * she is an astrologer, squeak *  and did some volunteering too. 

Honestly the beach life is not for me long term, I can only do the chanclas so long.

I am a city girl at heart. Vamonos and see what life has in store for me here :)

New design in town

 

So beyond excited for my new TVTYS - The virgo told you so - new designs for my Etsy store.

I decided to go with the large mug - 20oz / 590 ml - because I only like large coffee cups. Extra always lol.

I also opted for the mouse pad, super sleek and adds a sassy touch to your desk and finally the passport cover - my favorite being El Eden Magico design. 

I am receiving my samples this month, I can not WAIT.

I also am working on my notebooks and praying candles but it will take longer I am still in the manufacturing process. Blessings for this beautiful month of June ahead of us.

Chic in the tropics ?

 

First world problems lol... how do you maintain chic outfits with tropics weather, is has been a struggle.

The humidity makes your hair look crazy in a sec - forget the Dyson I have started crippling my hair so it looks more or less done - and wearing any kind of heels or black just makes me feel out of place. I am usually a city girl - lived in London for a long time and always was used to dress up for day time. I now live in a more casual city and literally feel like a need a new clothing identity. 

Time for a wardrobe upgrade I guess. Shopping here is pretty limited - I live in Puerto Vallarta, pacific coast of Mexico - and I have to do most of my shopping online. I did find some cute boutique - one close to me and the other one in Punta Mita. 

I got these cute dresses recently - and HAD to invest in some more dressy flats.

Living in the now

Hola hola, I am back on the blog scene. lol Jupiter is also about to enter my 10th house with a bang (opposition with my sun) - coincidence ? I think not. I have so many projects that have been marinating for so long and now I am finding the inner fire to take a step forward and go after my wildest dreams. cheers to that!

I sometimes forget how much I love to share and write about my life or anything else really.

I used to talk about nailpolishes for hours back in the day but I have now broaden my hobbies and interest and can go from Astrology, to dating and hypergamy, to soul searching and scamming men to get where you want to be in life. It's all about balance darling.

I am currently back in Jalisco, a beautiful state in Mexico and experienced the beginning of the humid season. It is no jokes. my hair is going crazy. I have to curl it with my 3 barrels curler to make sure the frizz doesn't get out of hands. I am sort of digging that look as well so it's win. Also, not to mention that I am undergoing a breakup and will be rebranding soon and change my entire appearance - level up upcoming LOL

I am happy to announce that I am entering my soft girl era, meaning that if it doesn't bring me peace, love, happiness - friends, men or job - I don't want it. I will NOT  deal with anything that brings me stress or negativity into my life. I am here for cute brunches, supportive friends, caring and loving men, creative endeavors and money flowing to me. 

Don't forget that this summer is the summer of social butterfly ladies, go out.

Have fun, talk to everyone, master your flirting techniques. Be friendly, be open, say yes. Network.

Forget the apps baby, go outside. get pretty and go mingle. Life is now. Be here now. Nothing else to think about than this very moment because nothing else exists. Now is true happiness and bliss.
