Hi girls! Here my wish list for my winter essentials from SheInside. I'm in a mood to wear a lot of grey, winter dresser and striped sweater. How cute is this white collar trend? I love it! Also, nothing can beat a cosy maxi cardigan on cold days. The two dresses are super pretty, I love the one with the faux sweater on top of it! I do find it a little bit hard to wear dresses during winter time as pretty much all of my dresses are very summer-y so these two picks will be a great addition in my closet!

Lorac Pro Palette

Hi girls! I hope you're all doing good, probably getting ready for the last days of 2014 and making your resolutions list for next year? right? Haha. I'm not planning on any resolutions, just get my driving license and work hard to be where I want to be in life! CHEESY! Haha

Today was the first snow in Belgium, I was so pretty and clean. The roads weren't that bad so I went for an hour drive to practice my driving skills and it was so cool. I feel much more relaxed - but still very alerted - and really enjoyed the drive! 

Seeing all the Instagram post I can see that many people have been rotten spoiled for Christmas. The amount of presents under the trees were just insane! I got spoiled too by Santa with this beautiful Lorac Pro Palette. It's the most perfect nude, day to day, eyeshadow palette. I got a little bored with my Naked palettes so I'm thankful that Santa read my wish list haha! 

I love how pigmented the colors are, the warm shades, the matte and the shimmers separation, the sleek packaging...everything is on point! I know that this palette isn't hot news but I think it's amazing!!! Thank you Santa!

Merry Christmas everybody! I hope you all had a wonderful time last night celebrating, eating amazing food and watching your favorite Christmas movies. I was so tired from working 24/7 so the night was quite short and relaxing. Watching Love Actually all over again in my pj's and eating some delicious food! I got spoiled by Santa too but the present so far I got this year is my provisional driving license! 

Today I'll rest, eat plenty more of delicious food and try to take pictures for the blog :)

Wish list ⎜ Christmas

Hi girls! Happy sunday. I'm really tired from a long week of working and learning how to drive. I'm already mid way through my driving  cursus so by the 11th of December I should be able to drive by myself and this is a rather scary thought haha!

Here's my Christmas wish list. I had to add a little bit of Chanel, a little bit of makeup and a little bit of tech. I don't have any particular need this year except maybe a new phone as mine is getting quite slow. Also, I know that the Lorac Pro palette is not new but I never purchased it back it the days and I suddenly feel the need to have it as I'm getting a little tired of my Naked palettes!

I'm off to practice my driving skills and then I'll be cooking all afternoon long. This how I roll on sundays! Have a nice day :)

Bourjois ⎟Get your fluttery lashes on!

Hi girls! Happy monday. I'm so excited about this week ahead of me, I have three driving lessons planned and I couldn't be more thrilled. Who knew learning how to drive was so exciting? I always was a bit reticent about passing my driving license but now I'm just like 'I'm ready for highways just hand me the key hunny' *snaps fingers* haha! 

Onto my new favorite mascara now. I was sent a lot of new goodies from Bourjois to try out and one of these goodies is their new 1 Seconde Volume Mascara Ultra Black. Bourjois has been scoring in the mascara department lately and this one is no exception! It gives the most amazing fluttery and voluminous lashes ever. I'm obsessed! The black is super intense and it gives such a nice result. I also have tried their new Mega Liner - picture n° 2 - and it's the perfect liner for a thick result. It's really easy to apply although it's really thick. It doesn't smudge on my lids and stays put all day! Score!

Wish list ⎜3 winter outfits

Hi girls! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I can't even believe that Christmas is around the corner. I have already started wrapping presents now I just need to put my little Christmas tree. I hope that my boyfriend is getting all the hints for some present ideas I have been talking over and over and over again, haha!

Here's a little wish list with three outfits perfect for winter.

1. The every day cute and basic with a cream turtle neck and a leather skirt. It's the kind of outfit I love wearing on cold, sunny days. My obsession with turtle/polo necks seems to grow every day. How come I was so reticent of wearing them in the past? They're so comfy and keep you warm without having to carry a scarf everywhere with you.

2. The Christmas party outfit. Yes!!! My favorite kind of outfit. Bring on the glitz and the glam. My outfit of choice for a Christmas party would be this gorgeous floral Zara dress paired with those metallic heels. Also, I would add an over the top earmuff, I find them so edgy and fun!

3. The white coat. This is my favorite style for this winter, I have ordered mine last week and I think it might arrive tomorrow. I'm super excited, I have been looking for the perfect white coat for so long now. It looks so cute and winter-y. My favourite TV shows

Hi girls! Happy monday. Here's to the beginning of another week, getting closer to winter and Christmas! As you may know, I'm a huge fan of tv shows. I usually prefer the reality tv kind where you see real people acting in real life although I know it gets a little scripted sometimes. I'm addicted! You name it, I've watched it! Of course I do not claim these shows are educating or smart, they're just fun to watch when you get a day off and just want to lay down your bed by yourself and eat M&M's all day.

The Real Housewives: I have watched every single one episodes of each different franchise - New Jersey, Beverly Hills, Orange County, Melbourne, New York, Vancouver, Atlanta, Miami, DC... I'm a huge fan of this show. I started watching it back in the days with the original series - Orange County- and I'm immediately became hooked like a kid with sugar. This is right up my alley, american vibe with drama, love and punch lines. I can't even pick a favorite, I love every franchise except maybe Miami. I also have watch some of the seasons more than once. It keeps on getting better and better just like wine. Right now, the season 7 of Atlanta has started and it's so juicy, I love it. Beverly Hills is starting this week too. I couldn't be happier, haha! 

Dance Moms: A show about a dance teacher and her students competing all over the US. It's filled with dance competitions and drama between the moms. It's a bit trashy but it's so good.

Rich Kids of Beverly Hills: It's about a bunch of rich kids from Beverly Hills living large and fighting about petty things.

To watch with a lot second degree humour of course.

Mob Wives: A little bit more hood, a little bit more violent. It's about mob wives living in Staten Island. It's more tense as it involves prison, sentencing etc.

The Hills: An iconic show. You all know what is it all about.

Gallery Girls: It was released last year and only run for a season but it was so good I'm so sad it was cancelled. It's about artsy girls living in New York and being their quirky-artsy self. Of course there is drama too! I really enjoy watching these girls living in New York, I think this is why I love these shows so much.

Princesses Long Island: It's about six jewish girls living in Long Island and getting pressured to get married, find love, make kids etc. It was cancelled too but I really enjoyed watching them!

I also watch other TV shows when I'm with my boyfriend like : American Horror Story Coven/Freak Show, True Detective (so good, you must watch it!), House of Cards, Orange Is The New Black, Dexter, Six Feet Under...

Bourjois ⎟Happy Nude Year

Hi girls! How is your satruday going? Mine so far is great although it's pouring rain outside, I went grocery shopping and did some cleaning.  I ordered pizza last night and they were delicious and as usual I can't eat the whole pizza so I had a reheated pizza feast for lunch today. How good is reheated pizza? I always prefer my pizza the day after, when it got reheated in the oven and it's super crispy, haha! Now I'm on my way to get some Christmas decorations. Aren't you excited that Christmas is coming? For some reason this year I'm super excited! 

That being said, here's my new favorite lip color. Bourjois has sent me their new collection for Christmas and they have released a new shade in the range Rouge Edition : Happy Nude Year. It's the most gorgeous pinky nude shade with the usual matte finish Rouge Edition. I find the color perfect for  the season when you want to wear a more heavy eye look.  I still have to get my hands on the color Hot Pepper from this range. I love the formula so much and the matte finish can't do you no wrong when you love your highlighter as much as I do.

Hi girls! Happy friday! I hope you're ready for the weekend. I personally AM. What's planned? Christmas shopping, lots of TV show, scheduling my driving sessions for next week and trying to blog! What's planned for you? Anything fun?

Today I'm so excited to talk to you about my new holy grail foundation. I went to a Sisley event a few weeks ago and left with a goodie bag with some of their products from the "Phyto" collection. The new foundation Phyto Teint Expert is said to give you an all-day long, flawless complexion. Long wear foundation can tend to dry your skin out or make your fine lines pop up more than usual. Ok, I'm going to be honest, fine line wise I'm a expert for my young age. I don't really see a difference of my fine lines - only botox will make a difference one day - but I do see a huge difference on lasting power. This foundation is also a skincare - hence the price - that will stay all day while keeping your face moisturized and healthy looking. Dewy finish AND all-day wear? Yes please. This a dream come true for me. I've always dreamt of that perfect combo between Estée Lauder Double Wear and Bourjois Happy Light. Sisley made it happen for me! 

This foundation gives the most flawless finish with a really good coverage and it's really, really long lasting. I'm in love with this foundation, I have been using it every single day since I got it. Is Phyto Teint Expert worth the splurge? Definitely yes if you're looking for a dewy, long lasting foundation. 

Lipstick wise, Sisley has released their Phyto-lip Twist. "Phyto" once again because it's also a treating balm. I got the N°5 which is a little bit more dark in real life, perfect for fall! It's super moisturizing and give the most gorgeous pigmented glossy finish. The zebra packaging is right up my alley. The range of color available is absolutely divine! 

The other lipstick I got is more on the sheer side, although 'Sheer Papaya' looks orange on real life you'll get a sweet coral finish. It's lovely but mine is already crooked, I'm so heartbroken. It's gorgeous but it seems really fragile to use. The color is however absolutely lovely don't you think?

Event ⎟The Body Shop

Hi girls! The other I was invited to The Body Shop Christmas collection launch in Brussels. I had so much fun discovering all the different scents and products available for the most awaited season. Yes, it's coming! Christmas is just around the corner now. I'm so ready to celebrate and get my jolly spirit on. Every year The Body Shop launch a limited Xmas Collection and this year is no exception. Last year was all about gingerbread, this year it's all about sweet apple and vanilla brulee. Yum! I'm really digging all of these sweet scents.

My favorite christmas set from their collection is the JOY vanilla brulee. It's the perfect gift to put under the tree! Makeup-wise they have released so many lovely, glittery products. My favorite is by far 'The Sparkler All Over Shimmer', perfect to give you that extra spark during holiday season! It's not over sparkly it just gives you that shimmer finish.

Blonde hair ⎟Bye bye brassiness

Hi girls! Since I've gone from brunette to blonde, it has been a real struggle. The yellow/gold undertones - also known as brassiness - always come back whenever I go back to the hair dresser to touch up my roots. Because I wash my hair everyday, I feel like my blonde is much harder to maintain as well. When I look back at some pictures from this summer, I seriously cringe at the brassiness of my hair although I have to say it wasn't THAT brassy in real life, the camera captured it a little bit different.  I have tried purple shampoo but it wasn't working that well on my hair and it's super drying. Thank god I went to a professional hair care store the other day and the saleslady was super friendly and professional. She immediately told me what I had to used, what I could do to get rid of these yellow/gold undertones.

I came home super excited to try the Revlon Nutri Colour in shade 812 'Light Pearly Beige'. You must use this product as a mask, after washing and towel drying your hair, and leave it for a good 3 minutes - I personally left if 5 minutes as the gold undertones were intense! The mask is super nourishing and left my hair feeling incredibly soft. Colour wise, I'm so blown away by the result. My blonde has turn exactly the way I wanted it to be for so long. All the horrific brassiness is gone and I'm finally in a happy place with my hair. Can you see how amazing the difference is? I still have half of the product left so I will be doing an other mask as soon as the brassiness will come back. 

Becoming a blonde back in may was so 'life changing' as I had no idea how to maintain, take care of blonde hair. Thank god for Youtubers that have help me throughout my journey to no brassy undertones blonde hair. I'm no pro, but I'm really into anything hair related since my hair change. My biggest inspiration has to be Nicky Lazou, a hairdresser from the UK, she creates the most amazing balayage out there. She has a Youtube channel, it's so good, make sure you go have a look (here)

Happy sunday

Ahhhh sundays... I just love spending my day in my sweat pants, cleaning the apartment, reorganizing my clothes and other stuffs, cooking and taking pictures for my blog. Today has been so peaceful, I have been watching House of Cards with the boyfriend all the afternoon while eating M&Ms and drinking my favorite Starbucks on the go drink. House of Cards is so addictive,  the manipulations with all of these politicians is intense! My first plan was to re-watch #RHOBH from season 1 but you know, that's the kind of tv show you want to watch on your own, haha!

It was also that time of the year to reorganize my winter clothes. I have sorted out all of the clothes I haven't been wearing this year, no more emotional attachment to my clothes, no more!

I wanted to share with you one of Ingrid's latest video about New York. This video makes me so happy and full oh hope I'll live there one day (here) Since my first trip there a few years ago, I can't stop thinking about going back forever!

Hi girls! As you may have heard, LC has a new - much shorter - hair cut! I'm so surprised she cut her hair that short but on the other side I guess she can go back to wearing her fabulous extensions whenever so it's not really frightening to cut it. I really love the shorter hair do on her although I'll always ADORE her long and luscious 'LC' signature look.

My first Boots order!

Hi girlies! I'm baaaack. Oh my god, I have missed blogging so much you have no idea but life gets in the way sometimes you know how it is. Since the last time I blogged: I have bought so many new clothes, changed my hair, decided to study and finally pass my driving test and developed a very odd obsession with M&M's. 

I have been dying to get my hands on the Babyliss Boutique Soft Waves curler for a while now and it seems impossible to find online. It was out of stock everywhere! When I noticed it was back on the Boots website last week I couldn't resist any longer and ordered it with few others bits and bobs.

The shipping cost was around 10£ which is a bit ridiculous but worth it on that day as it was one of those 'emotional online shopping sesh' when you feel so much better after placing it.

The order arrived super fast, 3 days later on a huge box. I got three Aussie shampoos from the Aussome Volume and Take The Heat range - my favorites - , the Bourjois duo Délice de Poudre and the best liquid highlighter in the whole wide world from Seventeen. I'm super tempted to place an other order soon. It's like having a little bit of London delivered at your door.... *drooling*

Hi girls! I hope you're doing well. On my part, my body is giving me some hard times, I've been feeling super sick all week basically sleeping all day and going through a lot of symptoms. 

On monday I had the chance to attend the launch of Birchbox Belgium. How exciting? This long awaited famous box is finally available in our country! We had so much fun discovering all the products and surprise Birchbox have prepare for Christmas! You're gonna love it but we can't say more for now :) You can order you first box now! 10 reasons why you should watch The Hills

Hi girls! I have been binge watching The Hills all over again. Every year I re-watch all the seasons. This show makes me feel happy, gives me hope and makes me laugh. I'm obsessed. I'll never get tired of watching it. So why should you also watch it?

1. Because it makes you forget all about the fact that tomorrow is monday, 

your problems at work, the fact that you're not sure where you're going in life,  

and all that kind of stuff.

2. Because Lauren Conrad is a queen. A role model. 

An intelligent, beautiful, funny, inspiring savvy business mogul.

3. Because you realize that yes, friends are going to screw you over. 

Yes boys are stupid and make girls cry but in the end you'll get over.

4. Because when watching it, all you can think about is leaving your country 

and go live the american dream in an amazing apartment downtown LA with a fun roommate, working at a top fashion magazine and having to travelling to NY for  helping on fashion shows.

5. Because it reminds you that your career must be your first priority. Always. 

Lauren will always be know as the girl who never went to Paris. Remember that!
